Melissa Vanderhall Earns SSC Player of the Week Award

ORLANDO, Fla. – For the third time this season, University of Tampa volleyball player Melissa Vanderhall has been named the Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week. She received the award along with Camila Lins from Lynn.

Defense Lifts #11 Tampa Over #1 Lynn In South Regional Finals

TAMPA, Fla. – The No. 11 University of Tampa Spartans (17-3-1) defeated the No. 1 Lynn University Fighting Knights (18-2-0) in Sunday’s NCAA South Region final by a score of 3-2. The win advances Tampa to the NCAA II quarterfinals next weekend where they will look to continue their run at a national title.

UT Chosen to Host NCAA South Regional

TAMPA, Fla. – The NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Committee announced the field of 64 teams that will play for the NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship. The seventh-ranked University of Tampa Spartans have been selected as the number one seed and will host the South Regional Tournament beginning Thursday, Nov. 20 to Saturday, Nov. 22.
