 February 8, 2010 Tampa Sweeps the Bobcats in First SeriesMILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The University of Tampa baseball team took the final game of the series, sweeping the Georgia College & State Bobcats by a score of 15-13. The Spartans improve to a perfect 3-0 while the Bobcats fall to 0-3. Jared Simon had two homers on the series while Brad Roberts batted .643 on the weekend series. |

The Spartans won both of their games, giving them an opening season record of 2-0. The Spartans topped the Bobcats 8-6 in the first game and 9-4 in the second. |
