As a Freshman: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, posting a perfect 4.0 grade point average in her first collegiate season… Appeared in 15 games, starting all 15 as a midfielder… Scored 10 goals for UT while adding an assist… Converted 4-for-10 goals as free-position scores… Ranked third in draw controls with 25… Notched 18 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers in her first season of play… Totaled three draw controls and three caused turnovers against Findlay on March 3… Picked up a career-high four ground balls against #13 Stonehill on March 7.

High school/Club Highlights: RHS 2015 Valedictorian. Personal: Daughter of Scott & Julie Popelar, has one sibling Jared, volunteered and worked at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, gave tours to zoo members and taught them about the animals and engaged them in conservation efforts. Worked 4 years as a youth girls lacrosse referee. Taught swim lessons to special needs kids at his high school. National Honor Society at Rampart (2 years).
