GULF SHORES, Ala. – The University of Tampa beach volleyball team delivered a dominant performance on Friday, sweeping both Emmanuel and Catawba by identical 3–0 scores at Gulf Shores Public Beach.

How It Happened – Match 1 (Tampa 3, Emmanuel 0)
Tampa opened the day in commanding fashion, securing three straight-set victories to clinch the dual.
At the No. 1 position, Nevaeh Wolfe and Hailey Wolfe set the tone with a dominant 21-9, 21-8 win to give the Spartans an early advantage.
The duo of Anna Bayes and Lauren Duke followed with another decisive performance at No. 3, cruising to a 21-12, 21-4 victory to put Tampa on the brink.
At No. 4, Sammie Ostrander and Jordan Berglin sealed the sweep with a 21-10, 21-10 win, securing the Spartans' first dual of the day.
Flights at No. 2 and No. 5 went unfinished after Tampa clinched the match.

The Spartans carried their momentum into the second dual, again sweeping three flights in straight sets.
At No. 1, Tess Schrenger and Angel Williams delivered a strong 21-14, 21-13 victory to put Tampa on the board.
Anna Bayes and Lauren Duke remained perfect on the day at No. 3, earning a 21-9, 21-13 win to extend the lead.
The clinching point came at No. 4, where Sammie Ostrander and Jordan Berglin dominated once again with a 21-10, 21-10 performance.
Flights at No. 2 and No. 5 were left unfinished as Tampa secured the 3–0 sweep.
