Tampa Baseball No. 2 in NCAA South Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Tampa baseball has been tabbed at No. 1 in the current NCAA Division II South Region rankings, as announced by the NCAA on Wednesday.

Three automatic bids are awarded to the conference champions of the South Region, including the Gulf South Conference, Sunshine State Conference, and the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The remainder of the field will include five at-large bids.

The NCAA DII Baseball Selection show airs on Sunday, May 10 at 10:00 pm.
