ST. LEO, Fla. – The No. 1 ranked University of Tampa Spartans men's lacrosse team runs all over the Saint Leo road SSC matchup.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST QUARTER
The Spartans would waste no time putting the ball in the back of the net, as Daniel Fitzpatrick put Tampa on the scoresheet three minutes into the game. Tampa never looked back after that going on a 6-0 run of goals lead by Colin White who had two of those goals. After the Lions stopped the bleeding with a goal of their own tampa scored three straights goals which brought them to a commanding 9-2 lead after a last second goal by the Lions.

SECOND QUARTER
The Spartans picked up right where they left of with a goal by Ethan Paduch within two minutes into the second quarter. The Spartans continued to play stellar defense throughout the first half and only giving up one goal in the second quarter. Tampa continued to increase their lead and by the end of the first half they were up by ten goals.

Colin White came out of halftime with a tremendous start scoring two goals back to back to receive two straight games with a hat trick as well four goals on the day. The Lions would hang in around for a bit with a pair of goals. It wasn't enough momentum to stop the Spartans stampede of going on a 5-1 scoring run.
