Spartan Track Team Enjoys Solid Outing At USF Relays

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's and women's track teams had numerous individuals with personal records as Lindsay Edwards notched a qualifying time.

Edwards set a new school record with an 11:17 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. The time also qualified her for nationals. Teammates Jess Butler and Dayle Van Ess each registered personal records in the 5K.

On the men's side, Lewis Price set a school record in the 10 Flat Steeple as Tony Nicolosi's 15:07 time in the 5K was also a school record. Chris Catanach and Charles Toledo each recorded personal records in the 5K.
