As a Senior: All-Sunshine State Conference…All-South Region…SSC all-championship team…NCAA South Regional all-championship team…Participated in eight events and placed in the top 40 for five events…Earned a 23rd place finish at the USF Invitational (9/9), 36th at the Disney Classic (10/8), and 6th at the SSC Championships (10/22) with a time of 26:10, his best in an 8K race that year…Also finished 9th at the NCAA South Regional (11/5) with a time of 32:50, and 147th at the NCAA Championships (11/19)…Also competed in Florida State (9/23) and Lehigh (9/30) Invites.

As a Junior (UWF): Attended the University of West Florida where he was a top runner for the Argonauts…All-Gulf Coast Conference…Finished 20th at the GSC Championships…Second-team all-GSC tourney selection…Finished 17th at 2010 NCAA South Regional… Had two top 10 finishes during the season…Finished sixth overall and fourth on the team at the Gulf Coast Stampede (9/25) with an 8k time of 27:40…Finished ninth overall and sixth on the team with a time of 27:37.84 at the MC / Watson Ford Invitational the following week (10/8)…Had a personal best 8k time of 26:19.85 at the Southeast Cross Country Classic (10/23)…Competed in every race during the season.

As a Sophomore (UWF): Participated in seven races during the season, and was the top Argonaut, with a 4th place overall finish in the season opening 5k race at Mississippi College, covering the course in 16:47…Posted an impressive time of 27:16 at the Gulf Coast Stampede 8k race in Pensacola…Led the team with a 27:41, which was a top 10 finish, at the Fleet Feet Sports Invitational in Huntsville…Finished second overall to teammate Donald Davis at the MC Watson/Ford Invitational  8k in a time of 27:48…During the spring season, posted a  4:22 in the 1500 meters at LSU Invitational and a 16:05 in the FSU Invitational 5000 meters.

As a Freshman (UWF): Participated in five cross country races, finishing as one of the Argos’ top seven on two occasions…Best 8k race was his 18th place finish in 28:41 at the Gulf Coast Stampede...Ran in the NCAA South Regional meet in Searcy, Ark., completing the 10k race in 38:12…Turned in 29:25 performance at the UCF Invitational, and recorded a 29:47 in the Disney Classic…Earned academic honor roll accolades from the Gulf South Conference.

High School: Attended Nature Coast Technical High School, running for coach Armen Merjanian…Competed in the 800 in high school…Top time was a 2:06 effort… Was team captain for the track team...Led the team to a fourth place finish at district and a seventh place finish in regionals...Earned all-conference accolades for the 4 x 800 relay...Named to the All-North Suncoast first team in the 4 x 800...Earned four letters in basketball and two in track...Posted a 2:06 for the 800 meters...Turned in a 5k race time of 16:42...Named the Defensive Player of the Year in basketball...Named to the honor roll for all four years and graduated with honors.
