Tampa Set to Host West Florida

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa women's basketball team is set to renew its rivalry with the University of West Florida as it hosts the Argonauts on Sunday at 2 p.m.

The teams are prepared to meet for the first time since 2003 as the 7-2 Spartans will be playing their fourth game of the season against a Gulf South Conference opponent. The Argonauts are currently 5-4 on the season and will play at Saint Leo on Saturday before heading to Tampa.

UT has announced that fans who bring a canned item or toy will be admitted free. Items are being collected through The University of Tampa for Metropolitan Ministries.
