The World Amateur Team Championship will take place at Carton House, in Maynooth, near Dublin, from August 29 to September 8. Riihijarvi will compete for the Espirito Santo Trophy, starting August 29 and commencing on September 1.

The world comes to Carton House for the World Amateur Team Championships in 2018, marking the first staging of this iconic event in Ireland since the championship was first played at St Andrews in 1958.
