Tampa Drops Two Spots in IWLCA Rankings
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.— Flagler College rises to the top of Division II after knocking off last week's No. 1 Florida Southern, 13–7. The Saints improve to 6–0 on the season, including three wins over ranked opponents.
Florida Southern shifts to No. 2 and will face Regis this afternoon in Lakeland.
UIndy checks in at No. 3 and is set to host No. 21 Grand Valley State on Friday.
Maryville and Tampa round out the Top 5, respectively.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—college coaches from across the nation—reflecting the latest results across women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
