For Third Consecutive Week, Spartans Remain at No. 5
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.— For the third straight week, Flagler College remains atop the IWLCA Division II Coaches Poll. The Saints improved to 10–0 after securing two more victories this past week, defeating No. 24 Anderson (SC) 21–8 on Thursday before dominating Newberry in a non-conference showcase on Saturday.
The Top 10 remains unchanged as the season quickly approaches the midseason mark, with Florida Southern, UIndy, Maryville, and Tampa rounding out the Top 5.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—college coaches from across the nation—reflecting the latest results across women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
