UT Rowing Announces Plans For Tampa Regatta

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa rowing team is inviting the corporations of the Tampa Bay area to participate in the Tampa Rowing Challenge Regatta on November 15, 2008.

This Regatta offers participants a chance to experience the training and teamwork that goes into the intercollegiate sport of competitive rowing.

Each company can enter a crew of eight rowers (men, women or some of each). You may choose any rowers you wish, as they do not need to be employees. Additional rowers may be included as alternates.

Seven weekly 60-to-90 minute training sessions will also be provided. Training will begin the week of September 8 and will continue until the Regatta date.
