TAMPA, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's soccer team won against Sunshine State Conference opponent Palm Beach Atlantic.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
1st Half |The first half remained scoreless as the Spartans outshot Palm Beach 7-2. Moeko Morse played aggressively as she attempted four shots with three of them being shots on goals. Tampa, as a team, played smart as they committed only one turnover compared to three by PBA. || UT, 0-0
2nd Half | Half-way through the second half, Ashley Loeza kicked in her second goal of the season to put Tampa on the board at 1-0, assist was by Morse. Tampa continued to outshoot PBA in the half as they finished 17-8 for the entire game. || UT, 1-0
INSIDE THE STATS:
- Moeko Morse lead the team in shots for the fourth time this season.
- Megan Bromwell has started in every game so far this season. She finished with a win that increased her record to 3-4.
- Moeko Morse, Elena Barr, Libby Wissman, and Lisa Caprara have all attempted at least one shot in every game so far.
