UT Relays Concludes With Tampa Men Claiming First Place Finish

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's swimming team turned in a first place finish as the Spartan women were second in the annual UT Relays. The field of participants consisted of four NCAA II institutions.

In men's action, UT defeated Truman State, Ashland and Delta State as Truman State edged UT to win in the women's session. Delta State placed third as Ashland followed.

The lone race Tampa won was the women's 500 relay. The Spartans were victorious with a time of 5:50.45 in the event.
