Spartan Swimmers Set to Host Savannah College

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's and women's swimming teams will be back in action on Friday versus Savannah College of Art & Design. The meet is slated for 3:30 p.m. at the UT Swimming Complex on campus.

After opening the 2008-09 season with a pair of victories over Florida Southern College, the Spartans will return to the pool for the first event in nearly two weeks. Against FSC, the UT men won 140-105 while the women were victorious by a 147-80 score.

Admission to the meet is free as the facility includes fan seating.
