UT Swimmer Hilary Stetekluh Garners SSC Honor

ORLANDO, Fla. - University of Tampa junior Hilary Stetekluh has been recognized as the Sunshine State Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week for the period ending November 20.

Stetekluh, a native of Arlington, Va., led the No. 9 Spartans to a 201-61 win over Saint Leo with a pair of individual wins and a relay victory. Stetekluh finished first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:02.12.

Her mark is the fourth fastest in the SSC this season. She also clocked a time of 1:00.5 to touch the wall first in the 100-yard butterfly. Her time in that race was sixth among SSC times this fall. Stetekluh joined the 200-yard medley relay team to place first with a time of 1:53.17.
