ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Tampa tennis team put together its most complete performance of the season on Monday night, sweeping Michigan Tech 7–0 in a neutral‑site matchup at the USTA National Campus. The Spartans controlled the match from start to finish, taking the doubles point behind dominant wins on courts one and two before rolling through all six singles courts, four of them in straight sets.

How It Happened
Tampa opened the evening with sharp doubles play, securing the opening point with victories on courts one and two. The No. 2 pair of Sophie Wagner and Rebecca Presley struck first with a 6–1 win, followed closely by Karine Kulidjian and Ida Axelsson, who clinched the point with a 6–4 decision. Michigan Tech claimed the third court, but the Spartans carried a 1–0 advantage into singles.
In singles, Tampa delivered its most dominant lineup performance to date.
