Danielle Selkridge Receives Fourth SSC Player of the Week Award
ORLANDO, Fla. - Reigning Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year Danielle Selkridge continued to receive league hardware as she was tabbed its Volleyball Player of the Week presented by VALIC.
A senior middle hitter, Selkridge (Tortola, Virgin Islands) tallied 12 kills with no errors in both of the No. 7 Spartans' SSC sweeps, which gave UT at least a share of the conference title. She also contributed four digs and three blocks versus Nova Southeastern and one dig and five blocks against Lynn. Selkridge concluded the week by averaging 4.0 kills, 1.3 blocks, and 0.8 digs per frame. She boasted a .686 attack percentage.
Eckerd sophomore Katarina Milojevic was also honored as the defensive player of the week.
