Bio
Garner is in his third year as a student assistant technical coordinator with the volleyball program. In this role, he manages all live coding during matches and practices, utilizing Volleystation to provide in-match/practice data and analysis to support the coaching staff and to help make informed decisions.
At the University of Tampa, Tanner is majoring in psychology with a minor in cybersecurity. He is also actively involved in the sport as the President of the Men’s Indoor Club Volleyball program at UTampa, where he has been a member for two years and is entering his third. After graduation, Tanner plans to pursue a career with the FBI as a Behavioral Analyst.
A native of Edwardsville, Illinois, Tanner is the son of Brent and Andrea Garner and has one younger brother, Noah.
