TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa stays hot, despite the cool weather, to finish the weekend home stand, as they win 15-12 against Newberry College.
How It Happened

Both teams came out hot in the first quarter, scoring a combined six goals. Tampa's Tommy Ortega found the back of the net first.

Moments later, Ortega would score again off an assist by Connor McDonough, but Newberry responded quickly to keep the lead at 1.

Halfway through the first quarter, McDonough would score a goal of his own; however, Newberry would add 2 goals to even the score.
